Tatweer Petroleum is undertaking a phased field development project (i.e. Long-Term Development) to maintain gas deliverability from the Awali field in Bahrain. For that Tatweer intends to drill a total of 24 Nos. of Pre-Unayzah wells as part of the overall gas management strategy. Among this EPC construction of 17 Pre Uneyzah wells has been awarded to Petrofac.
AMA was awarded for the CMEI (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation) construction of 7 Wells Heads from Petrofac. The scope includes, pipeline construction, piping works inside the well heads and stations, civil works related to pipeline and piping construction and E&I works in the stations.
